Modified 30.5cc Race Ported Cylinder Kit

We could give you all the numbers and dyno sheets, but the results speak for themselves. The Bartolone Racing 28.5, 29.5, and 30.5cc cylinder is a proven winner with major wins such as National, World and MOD’s series. This kit comes with a Zenoah piston that has been machined for performance. The cylinder has 5th axis CNC machined exhaust port, as well as, four 5th axis CNC transfer ports.
This cylinder set is designed to be used with the 30mm stroke Zenoah crankshaft. This top end kit includes a special base gasket to a specific thickkness to achieve the proper head squish when used with a 30mm stroke crankshaft. This special base gasket will require the use of silicone sealant (Threebond 1211/Yamabond/Hondabond etc).
Also included: 36mm piston ring, wrist pin bearing, wrist pin clips, thrust washers and spark plug.
- Make sure that the cylinder is clean of any metal shavings before installation onto engine.
- It is recommended to apply a high temperature silicone gasket sealant on the cylinder gasket provided (such as Threebond 1211 Silicone Liquid Gasket or Hondabond High Temp Silicone Liquid Gasket Sealant). Apply a small amount of silicone gasket sealant on both sides of the gasket before installing onto engine case.
Failure to apply silicone sealant to gasket could cause engine damage and/or poor engine performance.
