The Bartolone 34cc reed case is a proven winner with major wins at the Dirt Nitro Challenge, Power Jam, Canadian Nationals, and the Team Chase CORRS to name.
This headkit includes a Zenoah piston that has been lightened and CNC machined to match the transfer ports. The cylinder has a CNC machined exhaust port and three transfer ports to make the Bartolone Racing reed case. The transfers are hand finished personally by Chris Bartolone for optimal flow and performance. The included base gasket is made to a specific thickness to achieve proper head squish when used with a +2mm stroker crankshaft. This is only made for use with the 30mm stroke crankshaft
Also included: 38mm piston ring, wrist pin, wrist pin clips and thrust washers.
- Before assembly ensure the cylinder is clean of all metal shavings. Failure to do so will result in engine damage
- It is recommended to apply a high temperature gasket sealant on the cylinder gasket provided such as ThreeBond 1211 silicone liquid gasket or Hondabond high temp silicone liquid gasket. Apply a small amount on both sides of the cylinder gasket. Failure to apply gasket sealant will result in engine damage or poor engine performance.
- DO NOT use a piston stopping tool. It can cause a fracture in the top of the piston.
