International Ordering Information

We ship all over the world. Service is by Fedex, which takes approx 2-5 business days, or by USPS, which takes approx 5-25 days from date of shipment (depending on shipping method) for delivery to your door.

For international orders, payment is accepted in US dollars. In most countries, you may pay via PayPal or by credit card. Some countries or orders may require payment by bank wire or western union transfer.

International customers can now pay via PayPal!
DDM accepts payment from other PayPal Verified members only.

International shipping prices:
International orders can be placed online. DDM's shopping cart software will calculate a shipping price for you based on the weight of your order. Shipment prices on many small orders may be as low as $7 via USPS.

NOTE: international shipping prices calculated by the DDM shopping software are best estimates and may be subject to minor adjustment. We will contact you if shipping costs need any adjustment from what the website calculated.

We have previously shipped orders to business and residential customers all over the world!

DDM ships to APO/FPO addresses with USPS Priority Mail. Additional shipping costs may be required to APO/FPO addresses, addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, etc.

DDM does not charge any taxes or fees for international orders.

However, your local or national government or customs office may charge you import duties, fees, VAT, etc upon delivery. All duties and fees are the responsibility of the customer. Contact your local customs office for details. Any taxes or fees charged by your government has no connection to us.
