OBR Race Ported Fujiwara 38cc Top End Kit - for +2mm Stroker Crank
New from OBR, this is a race ported version of the 35cc Fujiwara Top End (Fujiwara part FJK352001RC, DDM part CA150) - the top end has been race ported and the cylinder has been modified to accept the 2mm stroker crank (part DD404B) - for a total of 38cc's. For this top end to function properly, you must use the DD404B crankshaft, and also use a crankcase that has been modified to accommodate that crankshaft (DD400E)

All ports resurfaced
Exhaust duration/timing increased and port widened
Transfer ports knife edged
Intake skirt on the piston is cut to increase intake duration/timing
Compression set for 91-95 octane fuel. Running race fuel can cause detonation and damage to the top end.
Squish band is cut to accept a +2mm stroker crank without stacking gaskets. The stock Fujiwara or Zenoah G320RC cylinder gasket must be used. We highly recommend using the G320RC cylinder gasket with this kit (Part number CA292). Running a thinner gasket or no gasket at all will raise compression too high and/or cause the piston to hit the combustion chamber.
