This is a complete 34.02cc "G340RC" Race Ported Upgrade Kit for G320RC Engines (Modified Cylinder, Modified Crankcase, +2mm Stroker Crank) - parts are ready to bolt on and go!
Includes:
1. ESP RACE PORTED Top End Kit (DDM Part number ca290c) - This is a G320RC top end kit that has been modified by ESP to accept a +2mm stroker crank, resulting in 34.02cc - The kit has also been Race Ported by ESP for extra power
2. +2mm Stroker Crankshaft for G320RC Engine (DDM Part number dd404b)
3. Pre-Modified G320RC Crankcase - for the +2mm stroker crank to fit properly, minor modifications must be done to the crankcase. This crankcase has these modifications completed. (DDM Part # dd400e)
These complete modification kits will only be available as long as supplies last! Note that this kit is ready to bolt on to existing G320RC engines. If you choose to build the engine from parts additional items will be needed.
Parts exclusive to the G320RC required for completion will be the engine cover, piston wrist pin bearing, insulator manifold, and insulator manifold gasket and clutch housing
ESP is happy to bring improvements to his products and has done so on a continuous basis since its existence starting in 2003. 2022 is no exception with new porting for G320 engines with stroked cranks. The new porting increases top rpm power with out losing any of the great low rpm “grunt” the engine puts out at a normal clutch engagement of 8000 rpm.
All ESP cylinders are CNC mill ported since 2007, to exact perfection for every cylinder by Doug himself, (a professional machinist also), and hand finished to a great degree of detail, (for reliability), that is a stand out in this retail industry.
The result is great competitive performance and the top quality that gives you the very best chance of your engine lasting as long as possible, even at an affordable price.
From Doug Johns, owner and total operator of ESP, est. 2003:
“I love being able to make great performing engines/parts with the highest quality possible, even if it takes me a long time to finish the cylinders by hand after the porting is perfectly cut to final port spec on the mill. I do it for two main reasons. 1) I have earned the skill because I take great pride in my work, and 2) I respect my customers who work too hard for their money to waste it buying sub-standard product IMO. To me, that is the moral way to do business. When people do proper business, they have no problem answering their phone, and I answer mine, (if I am here) 7 days a week from 9am to 9pm EST Zone, if you have any questions.
Thank you for considering/using my stuff. I appreciate it. And believe it or not, because of our good business, no matter where you are in the world, we are friends now. And to add a little philosophy, (how we should live), that, is how we create a prosperous and civil society, Good Business, right? I think the results are in. :)”
Thank you again
