Zenoah G320RC 4-Bolt Top End Kit 38mm 31.8cc 967319401 - (ESP Modified for +2mm Stroker Crankshaft) & Race Ported.
Modified by ESP to accept the +2mm (30mm) stroker crankshaft. ESP has machined the squish on the cylinder to properly accommodate the +2mm stroke, while still using a stock thickness cylinder base gasket. ESP has also race ported the exhaust, transfer, and intake ports for better flow and power.
Fits Zenoah G320RC engine (with +2mm stroker crankshaft installed - part dd404b - only. Does NOT fit earlier Zenoah RC models!
This will make your engine a 34.02cc.
Requires the +2mm stroker crankshaft (DDM part number dd404b)

ESP is happy to bring improvements to his products and has done so on a continuous basis since its existence starting in 2003. 2022 is no exception with new porting for G320 engines with stroked cranks. The new porting increases top rpm power with out losing any of the great low rpm “grunt” the engine puts out at a normal clutch engagement of 8000 rpm.
All ESP cylinders are CNC mill ported since 2007, to exact perfection for every cylinder by Doug himself, (a professional machinist also), and hand finished to a great degree of detail, (for reliability), that is a stand out in this retail industry.
The result is great competitive performance and the top quality that gives you the very best chance of your engine lasting as long as possible, even at an affordable price.
