Top Performance! Top Quality! Top Personal Phone Service! INTRODUCING THE NEW ESP 6 TRANSFER PORT REED CASE TOP END KITS! This kit is expertly CNC machined and beautifully hand finished with 2 reed boost ports instead of the single port used in the past, and are mated to Bartalone and TS reed cases, so no modification is needed on the cases as the single port kit asked for. ESP was the first to use reed cases for racing in 2004, (next to Trevor Simpson himself, the man who first made them), and we won our first ISA championship in 2005. In 2006-2008, ESP and Trevor Simpson won every race and championship for the last 3 years, (expert and pro), of the once great ISA go-ped scooter/cart racing series, using TS reed cases and our own top end kits. For the cart (go-ped made) racing in 2007, Danny Cornett, who never won a race before, won about 10 races in a row for the national championship, and the world title held in Prim Nevada, using a GP290 29.5cc reed case and top end kit from ESP. Where ever they are legal to race, you can win with ESP reed case top end kits. Some racing organizations made them, (reed cases and the proper top end kit), illegal, after we won and set track records. Made from Zenoah G290 top end kits, The ESP reed case top end kit is the best quality, with the most attention to detail, aftermarket ported top end kit on the market. The performance is the best in the world still, (with a good pipe and carburetor), as these kits will out power most any thing else Zenoah RC (from G320/340 to G230). You can expect a honest 7hp or slightly more, (on the “calibrated” ESP water brake dynamometer), and that is about max for the Zen RC cylinders running on gas. The 30.5cc ESP reed case kit uses the RCMK 36mm diameter piston, with the Zenoah ring. The RCMK piston has a .5mm longer piston skirt, which keeps the exhaust port closed when the piston is at TDC. Normally not a big issue with piston port engines, but with reed valve engines, the exhaust port opening up can effect the reed petal action. The 28.5cc/29.5cc ESP reed case top end kit uses the Zenoah 36mm diameter piston. Performance among cranks, with everything else being equal: 28.5cc: stock stroked crank in a 36mm dia. Bore. Not as powerful (- about .3hp) or high revving as the 1mm crank or 2mm crank. 29.5cc: 1mm crank in a 36mm dia. Bore. Makes the most peak power, tied with the 30.5, but likes to rev a bit further than the 30.5 30.5cc: 2mm crank in a 36mm dia. Bore. Lower rpm power slightly better than the 1mm crank, peak hp the same as the 1mm crank, but revs a bit less than the 1mm crank. Thanks for using my stuff, enjoy.
