The used parts sale works as follows:
The first customer to submit an order for the used part will receive it.
Remember, loading the part into the checkout cart does not reserve it. The order must be submitted.
If a customer is second in line for a used part, DDM will cancel the order and the website will send an email notifying you of the cancellation. A cancellation email means that you did not get the used part.
Since the used parts are not located in the same area as regular DDM inventory, GENERALLY, used parts orders will be stand alone orders, and will not be combined with other orders submitted later.
In other words, other regular inventory parts may be included with the order for the used parts, but separate parts orders will not be combined.
Finally, remember all used parts sales are final. All used parts are sold as is, with no returns allowed.
